1/2 k chicken breast, sliced thinly
3 cloves garlic,chopped finely
1 bell pepper,strips
1 tbsp fish sauce
dash of pepper
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp powder seasoning
1 c water or chicken broth
3 tbsp cooking oil
Heat the cooking oil in a wok,stir fry garlic and onion.
Add the chicken,stir cook until changes color.
Season with pepper,patis and and powder seasoning.
Add water and let simmer until chicken is cook tender.
Put the carrots and bell pepper then stir- in oyster sauce.
Cook about 2 -3 minutes.
Check seasoning according to your taste.
