1 k chicken,cut into serving pieces
2 potatoes,diced,half fried
1 carrot,diced,half fried
1 green/red bell pepper,diced
1 c frozen green peas,thawed
1 onion,chopped
4 cloves garlic,minced
2 Tbsp chili paste or hot sili,optional
1 c tomato sauce
2 c  water or chicken broth
2 Tbsp patis
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 Tbsp cooking oil

In a pot,heat oil and saute garlic and onion.
Add chicken, stir fry until changes color.
Season with pepper and patis,cook  slightly brown.
Put chili paste,tomato sauce, chicken bouillon and water bring to a boil.
Allow to simmer 10 minutes,add potatoes and carrots.
Cook 3 minutes,add green peas and bell pepper,cook 2 minutes.
Check seasoning,serve hot.
