RECIPE:
katuray,cleaned,washed,boiled
mayonnaise,approximately
onion,thinly sliced
pepper,freshly ground
salt,approximately
vinegar,approximately
hot sili,optional
Prepare katuray and boil or steam until cook.
Let it cool a bit then squeeze to remove excess liquid.
Set aside.
Prepare other ingredients and add with the katuray.
Mixing them well.
Check according to your taste.
